Alignment will have to be adjusted and tweaked to fit your components. We suggest pre-fitting fender prior to painting. Factory sample are brand new pre-production parts but have imperfections in the finished surface. Check threaded and bearing holes for excess plating before installation. There are no physical defects  such as cracks or holes  there will be cosmetic imperfections only.
